Located in one of the most unique settings in Washington State, you'll have access to view the entirety of Park Lake, while still preserving your privacy in our secluded cove. The Cove at Sun Lakes offers a departure from the daily grind in a relaxing and fun vacation for all. Where we are located
We are located in the heart of Eastern Washington, approximately 3.5 hours from Seattle and 2 hours from Spokane.
You can find us just off Highway 17, sixteen miles North of Soap Lake and eight miles South of Coulee City. Our address 34312 Road D NE in Coulee City Washington 99115.
If you're traveling EAST on I-90 (from Seattle), take exit 151 (Hwy. 283) through Ephrata to Soap Lake, then
continue North on Highway 17.
If you're traveling WEST on I-90 (from Spokane), take exit 179 (Hwy. 17) to Soap lake, then continue North
to Sun Lakes State Park.

If taking Highway 2 from Spokane, continue through Coulee City, & turn South at the Dry Falls
junction (hwys. 2 & 17).
What are your rooms like?
The Cove at Sun Lakes has four- 2 bedroom, 1 bath townhouse condo units that sleep up to six people and one 4 bedroom, 2 bath lodge that can sleep up to 12 people. The Cove is at a private location on the lake. All units overlook Sun Lakes and has its own private cove. There is also a swimming pool at the lake's edge, giving you lots of options to enjoy water and sun!
